Generally, we do not accept cancellations after confirmed registration. However, you can cancel a pending registration from your Portal account or contacting us.
If you cannot attend the course anymore, please remember we cannot refund you, and you are still eligible to settle any open invoices.
In some special cases, such as disease or injury, you may receive a refund for interruption of a course. We reserve the right to define these special cases case-by-case.
Even though we do not refund course payments or single classes, (due to COVID-19 and seasonal diseases) we insist our students to stay home when feeling ill. You can make-up missed classes by visiting other groups. Also, your teachers' will happily give you extra support to catch up with the group!
